Make your Mullins Trailer unique with a lock and prop kit. This kit can be installed on OP’s trailer or any 1936 Mullins Trailer. The “LOCK” portion of this kit locks the lid automatically when closed and provides the convenience of one key unlocking similar to an automobile trunk, allowing you to open or lock the lid with one hand. The “PROP” portion of this kit uses “hatch-type” gas-filled props to provide automatic “NO HANDS” lid support and has built-in stops to prevent “Lid Blow-a-Way.” All the hassle of “manual prop rods” is eliminated.

Kit consists of  lock and latch w/hardware, keyed cylinder, keys, 2 gas props, aluminum reinforcement plates(4), lid & body brackets (4), gasket, hardware, instruction sheet and drill templates.
